Yes, tours in London can be refunded if cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour.

What happens if the weather is bad?
Usually the weather doesn’t affect the gallery or museum tour. We are in London!
Can I bring a friend or family member along?
Absolutely! Usually up to twenty. Please register them beforehand. For the best experience around five to ten people per tour are ideal.
How can I pay for the tour?
by bank transfer prior to the tour.
